The school is located in St. Julians, which at one time was a small, but lively, fishing village. However, today it is a large tourist center, but is still charming. In the harbor, you will see the traditionally colored fishing boats. St. Julians is also the entertainment metropolis of Malta with its many bars, shopping centers, bowling alleys, cinemas and restaurants, all only a short walk from the school.

The school is located in two buildings on streets that are on opposite blocks and have 60 classrooms, 8 of which are for small group courses and 7 of which are for business courses. All of the classrooms are bright, comfortable and air-conditioned. The school has a self-learning center and is equipped with television, video, internet and e-mail. Two large roof terraces are off both buildings, as well as the choice of several cafés on the ground floor.

The St. Julian bus station is close by.

Host Family
You live with a host family in a single room with half-board. There is the possibility to book a private bathroom. The host families live up to 30 minutes from the school.

Carlton Residence
The Carlton Residence was, originally, a hotel, but was converted to an EC student residence. There are a total of 47 rooms with carpeting, air-conditioning and each has two single beds. The rooms are completely furnished and have a mini refrigerator as well as cable television. The establishment offers a completely equipped kitchen, a dining room with a view of the sea, a laundry room, a large roof terrace with a small swimming pool and internet and e-mail connections (for a small surcharge). The residence is approximately 20 minutes by foot from the school.

Buckingham Apartments
You share the Buckingham apartments with students from all over the world. You can choose an apartment with a single or double room.
All apartments have a kitchen and washing facilities and are only a few minutes walk from school and the EC Beachclub. Bed linens and towels are provided, however, you should bring your own beach towel.
The school offers a small number of single room apartments. Please ask if you are interested.

Drayton Apartments
The Drayton Apartments are a block with 8 apartments and are only 10 meters from the school. The apartments all have a combination kitchen, living room and dining room, a balcony, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom. The bed linens and towels are provided. However, you need to bring your own beach towel.

leisure time

In the afternoons and evenings, there is an interesting and varied free-time program. In each season, there are various excursions planned, among other things, evening walks for orienting the students, dinner, a three-city tour, a trip to Comino or a visit to Valletta.

Additionally, there are many cultural and historic excursions to choose from. This small island is packed full of breathtaking archeological excavations, cultural monuments, architectural artifacts and other treasures from man's history.

Thanks to the warm climate, Malta has many free-time activities to offer.
