The Australian College of English, known as ACE, is located very centrally vis-a-vis the train station, in an office building. Just a short walk away, it is easy to reach the bus station, shopping centers, take aways and parks on the river banks. ACE Brisbane, with approximately 300 to 400 students, is one of the largest schools in Brisbane. Besides the spacious classrooms, the school also has a library, a lounge and a language lab for student use, where you can work on your learning outside of class hours.

With these carefully selected host families, you have the opportunity to see the real Australian "lifestyle". You live in a single room and have half-board (breakfast and dinner). Please note, that in Australia, most travel time is around 30 minutes to the school. However, the familes all are reachable by public transportation.

Upon request, the school can arrange for you to stay in a hostel or an apartment. Please ask for additional information.

For students, who are looking for a more independent lifestyle, the Australian College of English offers the Adalon Guest House. The guest house has single and double rooms with modern furnishings. In the guest house, you will find a lounge with a large television and a lovely courtyard, an ideal place to relax and learn.
You have a daily breakfast buffet and from Monday to Friday a self prepared dinner.
The school is approximately 30 minutes away by foot or 10 minutes with the bus.
The rooms in the student residence are very popular, therefore, an early reservation is recommended.
Minimum age for the student residence is 18.
